There must be over 700 recipes all thoroughly tested and graded with a star system as easy, intermediate and complicated. The ingredients are given in both Imperial and metric measurements. Glossary of French cooking terms. The recipes are for the most part French: Tarte a la Morue, Souffle Endives a la Pompadour, Gateau Faidherbe.
