Each on is the collected leaflets published by the Min. of Ag. and Fisheries on a specific subject. This one is on dairy farming. Although these originally had soft card covers someone has recovered this, to make more sturdy I assume, in hard cover. It covers everything from the selection of cow breeds, through hygiene and cleanliness to the making of different types of cheese.
